ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BY 2015 BATCH B PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS

As you await your call up letter hopefully from tomorrow, here are answers to some of the questions you've asked. Please do not be too expectant of the call up letter tomorrow because you might not see it tomorrow, probably few days to your camp date. Let's just keep our fingers crossed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT 2015 BATCH B PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS

1.       When will my call up letter be out: “all call up will be out from 21 to 26^th of October

2.       Can a pregnant Woman be allowed in NYSC orientation CAMP: The camp is a regimented area and will be rigorous for pregnant women…. So those pregnant comes to camp during registration “That’s the first two or three days” then after registration they leave to return for their posting letter

3.       I didn’t pay online how can I get my call up letter: An SMS will be sent to your phone when your call up letter is ready in your school for collection

4.       I see “you have not been mobilized yet” on my dash board should I register again: There is no need registering again because you can’t use the same matric or jamb number twice.

5.       What if I’m above 30 but my degree certificate was obtained when I’m below 30 : You are eligible for service and will be mobilised, you will only be exempted when your first degree certificate was obtained when you are above 30

6.        Can I exempt myself from service if I’m below 30: No you can’t, this is because you are eligible for mobilization; So if you registered you will be auto-mobilised

7.       How do I change my Date of Birth with NECO: For now you can only change your DOB using WAEC and NABTEB

8.       I registered my state as Abuja instead of Imo and I couldn't change it online? :
Send an email to info@nysc.gov.ng and explain also attach ur LGA ID and birth certificate plus other proofs.

9.       How do I know d stream I belong? : You'll see it on your Call Up Letter

10.   Can choice of states be changed? : No they can't after registration.

11.   I'm married and during my registration online, I didn't see option to choose states? :
You will be deployed to your husband's state of residence.

12.   What category of pple will be in stream 1 & 2 and how is it determined? : The streams are randomly selected, there is no specific order.

13.   What do I need for NYSC orientation camp: Simply visit NYSC 2015 CAMP REQUIREMENT
