URGENT- Update from Abuja camp, extortion and rape case

My attention was drawn to these tweets by Anita Blake, she is claiming a soldier almost raped her best friend in Abuja camp plus some irregularities in the camp. See what she said below and more tweets....

1) Okay pls is erry1 aware of wats goin on in abj camp?

2) They pay for erryfin.including the chairs they seat on,during lectures..Thot there is a budget for NYSC??
3) Soldier forcing themselves on d ppl that they are to protect..My friend was almost raped by a soldier 2nyts ago.n she is 2 scared 2 report.
4) They even pay for the water they use..Pls is this normal?? I served in lagos 2yrs ago,and I dint xperience all this..
5) Pls we need to retweet this till it gets to the concerned parties...WTF is going on in Abuja NYSC camp???? y r they getting away with it??
6) Are corpers supposed to pay for the chairs they use for lectures?? they have lectures 5 tyms in a week.in three weeks is 15times 1/2
7) Corpers are asked to pay 50naira for chairs to seat down..15x50. every corper in the abuja camp gets to pay 750naira each to seat down.smh 2/2
8) Paying for water too..now thats crazy.Did any1 pay for water to bathe in their camp?? cos I did not.
9) Sorry If im ranting..i jes have to talk abt it..Things keep goin wrong in this country and nothing is being said or done.
